Profile:

A genuine, hardworking, enthusiastic team player with experience in the hospitality industry. Having recently graduated from university and previously, the Orchards School of Cookery's - chalet cookery course, I am keen to join a team delivering excellent customer service as a host in a ski chalet.

Previous experience includes front of house barista role in the Cornish Bakery's flagship store, where customer service and engagement is the primary focus. Currently located in Antibes, I have worked as a barista at the Cannes Lion Festival of Creativity along with temporary roles on board in the superyacht industry. With a keen eye for detail, I am familiar with what is required to meet and exceed customer expectations. I am an enthusiastic cook, and in addition to my Orchards Cookery School experience, have further developed my self- taught cookery skills. 

As a keen skier for many years, and having experienced many chalet based holidays, I have a good understanding of the requirements of the role of a chalet host. Able to mix at all levels, I have been described as cheerful and great company. In addition to skiing my interests include fitness, surfing, sailing and travel having completed an expedition in Costa Rica and a surf camp in Sri Lanka. A non smoker, with no tattoos, I drink only socially and in moderation. I would very much welcome the opportunity to be part of a team working towards a common goal of delivering a great customer experience.
